-stiff neck
-3 hours of sleep
-no warm up at all
-nauseous
-cycled a fair bit(though little)
-almost fell hard a couple of times
-rode in the frikking hard but short rain
-skidded on slippery grounds and fell
-jelly thighs(no idea why the f**k its jellidified)
-old injury acting up again(my wrist, can't remember when i got it),
